Self Assessment of Service Statement (SASS)

Information about completing your SASS.

If you run a childcare and play service, you were required to complete your SASS using CIW Online by 17 March 2023.

If you did not submit your SASS or do not have a CIW Online account please email us or telephone us on 0300 7900 126.

Who we inspect and how often

If you are registered with us, you must notify us of any changes or incidents at your service

You must make an application to vary your conditions of registration, if you want to make a change to your registration

We have designed our online services ‘CIW Online’ to support our work and make it easier for providers and people to contact and work with us
