12, 14 and 22 March 2024 – virtual provider events
These events are aimed at all adult and children’s service providers.
We are hosting three virtual workshops via Microsoft Teams in March where providers will have the opportunity to speak to evaluators from Practice Solutions Ltd, who have been appointed to run the independent evaluation of our ratings pilot for care homes and domiciliary support services.
Links to the online events will be emailed directly to providers this week. It is not necessary to attend every event – it will be the same session run on different days.
- Tuesday 12 March, 10am-12 noon
- Thursday 14 March, 10am-12 noon
- Friday 22 March, 10am-12 noon (Welsh session)
Please note, although these events are open to all services registered with us under the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act (RISCA), it may be of more interest to care home and domiciliary care services as these services will be undergoing published ratings sooner than other service types.
