Share your views about adoption services in South East Wales

If you have received adoption services in Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Torfaen, Blaenau Gwent or Newport we would like to hear from you.

Between 30 June and 4 July 2025, we will inspect the South East Wales Regional Adoption Collaborative (RAC), which provides adoption services in Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Torfaen, Blaenau Gwent and Newport.

We want to understand how well adoption services are working for everyone involved. Your experiences and feedback will help us evaluate the quality of services and identify where improvements could be made.

Who we want to hear from

We welcome feedback from adoptive parents, people who are in the process of being assessed as adoptive parents and birth families. We are also keen to hear from practitioners and professionals who support adoption services in these areas.

We would be grateful if you could complete one of the surveys below and give us your feedback by 24 June.

You can also call 0300 7900 126 for help to complete this over the phone.

Following our inspection, we will publish a report about adoption services in South East Wales. This will form part of a wider review of adoption services across Wales. Your feedback will help shape our findings and recommendations for improvement.
