Joint assurance check letter: Community Learning Disability Team in Conwy
Working with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales, we inspected the work of Conwy County Borough Council and Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
We carried out our assurance check between 9 and 11 February 2026.
This is a multi-agency community learning disability team, with staff working across the local authority and Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
