IMPORTANT: CIW Online and CIW telephone lines will be unavailable on the 1 April
CIW Online will be unavailable from 12:05 am until 4.00 pm on 1 April due to urgent system updates. The CIW telephone lines will also be closed until 4.00 pm.
During this time registered providers will not be able to:
- log into their CIW Online account
- submit statutory notifications
- access their provider records
Unfortunately, this also means that adult and children’s service providers will not be able to start their annual return until after 4pm on 1 April.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this unavoidable system downtime.
