We welcome your views about Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council and Swansea Bay University Health Board Community Learning Disabilities Team
During June 2026 we will carry out an assurance check alongside Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) of the Community Learning Disability services provided by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council and Swansea Bay University Health Board.
The purpose of this assurance check is to review the local authority’s and local health board’s performance in exercising their respective Social Services and Health duties and functions in line with legislation, on behalf of Welsh Ministers.
