We have been undertaking a pilot to carry out inspections at care homes and domiciliary support services using ratings as part of the inspection.
To assess and improve our methodology for this pilot, we have appointed an independent company to evaluate the pilot and our approach. This work will be undertaken between early January and the end of June.
If you provide a care home or domiciliary support services in Wales and have permitted us to share your contact details with external partners our evaluators may contact you or your organisation shortly to arrange to speak to you.
Any information you supply supporting this evaluation will be kept completely confidential.
