You said, we did – changes to our feedback surveys
We really appreciate receiving feedback from people who use our online surveys.
Last month we received feedback from a health visitor who, following a visit to a childcare service, wanted to fill in one of our questionnaires on our website but they felt that as a health visitor they were not really covered.
Our Data and Communications teams made some updates to the survey for visiting healthcare professionals to ensure that the survey covered both adult and children’s services, and childcare and play services.
We also updated the wording on the main menu to make it clear that visiting healthcare professionals were included.
