Providers of adult and children’s services can start submitting their Annual Return
The deadline for submission is 26 May 2023.
The Annual Return is now available for Responsible Individuals for adults and children’s services to complete using their CIW Online account.
Who can submit the Annual Return?
The Responsible Individual(s) or organisational officer(s) associated to the provider who have activated their CIW Online account should access, complete and submit the Annual Return.
Online assistants can only complete certain sections of the form.
If you have not yet activated your CIW Online account, please call us on 0300 7900 126 during office hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4:30pm on Fridays).
What happens to the Annual Return once it’s submitted?
Each Annual Return will be published on our website in due course.
