We have published our updated Securing Improvement and Enforcement Policy
This policy sets out the principles and processes we follow to ensure regulated services support people to achieve the best possible outcomes and keep them safe.
We inspect services to check that they provide safe care and are meeting the requirements of the law. Our ‘Securing Improvement and Enforcement policy’ explains what we will do if services are not providing good quality care or are not meeting the requirements of the law.
Provider events
